Delete your Kinshift data

You can delete your data yourself in the app, at any time.

  1. Open Kinshift and go to More.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This removes you from the care circle and deletes your sign-in and the settings on your phone. If you are the only person left in the circle, the circle — its schedule, cover requests, updates, tasks and care info — is deleted too. If others are still in it, the circle stays with them, without your name.

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] with your circle code (in More → People and code) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
